Heather Miller
Heather Miller serves as Office Manager and Special Projects Coordinator for GrayChase Advisory, where she helps ensure, operations run efficiently while supporting firm-wide initiatives and projects.
Heather brings extensive organizational and leadership experience developed through years of managing responsibilities across multiple organizations, boards, and community initiatives. A former Executive Director of Prevent Blindness, San Antonio, her background reflects a consistent commitment to structure, accountability, and follow-through—qualities that support the firm’s operational stability and client service experience.
She has held leadership and volunteer roles with a wide range of organizations, including her church, Alamo Heights Independent School District PTO/PTSO, Kurios, the San Antonio Gardenia Fine Arts Club, Lantana Garden Club, Military-Civilian Club, Military-Civilian Charitable Foundation, the Winston School Parent Association, and Friends of Hospice San Antonio.
Heather currently serves her second two-year term as Vice President of Communications for the San Antonio Gardenia Fine Arts Club and is a member of its Executive Board and Chairman of the her Church Scholarship Committee, She also serves as Communication and Outreach Coordinator for the Military-Civilian Charitable Foundation and continues to support the Military-Civilian Club in an officer role. Across these organizations, she has contributed in leadership, financial oversight, and event coordination roles.
Her prior service includes multiple board and committee leadership positions, including Treasurer of Friends of Hospice San Antonio, and various leadership roles within Alamo Heights ISD organizations—where she managed fundraising events, programs, and community outreach initiatives.
Heather is known for her strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to coordinate complex efforts across multiple stakeholders. Her experience allows her to bring a steady, dependable approach to both operational management and special projects at GrayChase.
Outside the office, Heather enjoys staying active in her community and contributing her time to organizations that support education, service, and local engagement and being Mom to five boys!
