Michelle Eastman serves as our Client Services Liaison here at GrayChase Wealth Advisory, where she provides dependable, detail-oriented support to both clients and advisors.
Michelle brings over a decade of experience in financial services, combined with more than 20 years as a successful business owner. This unique blend gives her a practical understanding of client needs, operational discipline, and accountability.

Earlier in her career, Michelle held branch administration and compliance roles with Morgan Stanley, where she supported advisors and clients with a high level of accuracy, discretion, and professionalism. She later owned and operated the Pak Mail franchise on Broadway by Lincoln Heights for 20 years, managing financial operations, vendor relationships, and day-to-day client service—further strengthening her commitment to consistent, high-quality support.

As a small business owner, Michelle was actively involved in her community and served for many years on the board of the Alamo Heights Chamber of Commerce. She has also been actively involved in community efforts, supporting organizations such as SJRC Texas (formerly St. Jude’s Ranch for Children), which helps children and families facing abuse, neglect, or difficult circumstances find stability and support.

Michelle is known for her attention to detail, clear communication, and steady follow-through. Her approach helps ensure that client requests are handled efficiently and with care.

Outside the office, Michelle values time with family and friends, enjoys working in the yard, and takes pride in offering a helping hand to others whenever she can.
